Celebrities and how they influence our youth to start smoking
Craig Nabat says “history clearly illustrates how young people emulate what celebrities do, like dressing similar to famous actors, or even saying their popular catch phrases from their well-known movie or television projects. Most people are unaware that 60% of our youth start smoking by the age of 14, and 90% begin at the age of 19. Statistics have shown 50% of these teens and young adults started smoking because they saw their favorite actor smoking on TV or in a film.
